The “News of Osh Technological University” is a peer-reviewed open access scientific journal that publishes original research, theoretical and review articles, and technical notes by authors from various countries. The purpose of the journal is to publish original scientific research that contributes to the development of energy, construction and architecture, and to share knowledge and experience between academics and practitioners. The journal publishes materials from such areas as: renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, modern building materials, green building, digital solutions in architecture and other relevant topics related to technology development. The journal adheres to an Open Access Policy, supporting the principles of free dissemination of scientific information and global exchange of knowledge, for the sake of social progress. The journal is included in the “List of peer-reviewed scientific and scientific-technical periodicals” approved by the National Attestation Commission under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences should be published. The journal is included in the Russian Science Citation Index. Agreement on placing the journal in the Scientific Electronic Library (NEB, RINC, elibrary.ru) No. 560-10/2016.
